Family with Young Children
I was overall pleased. The continental breakfast in the morning was very good. The young staff was very nice and professional. The room was clean and the shower was awesome!

Business Traveler
Desk staff was just there - busy on his laptop when I arrived. Parking lot was unplowed and unsafe 4 days after snow. Room was okay, but a little run-down.

Aside from there being no amenities, e.g. pool, lounge, gym, we found the room with king bed to be cramped, the upholstery and bed skirt were quite dirty, the TV channel selection was limited, i.e. no HBO, etc. and the room smelled musty. ...read more

Hotel was easy to find and convenient for Pittsfield/Lenox area. It was clean and pleasant. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Enjoyed my stay very much and would stay there again.
